Enchiladas Recipes with Flour Torti

I make my own sauce, and fry my tortillas. I do not use cream cheese. I use Mexican sour cream. And I also just put a bunch in a pan and in the oven instead of on the stove.

I choose to make them the way my Mom showed me and her Mom showed her how to make them. Cheese then sometimes Chicken in them. I make my own Red Chile and dip my corn tortillas in oil first to fry, then into my Red Chile and put my cheese with Green chopped onions and chopped Lettuce and Cheese and chopped cooked chicken. Roll then place in oven. My husband loved them! My Dad always insisted on having his enchiladas as soon as they are made HOT. My older brother likes them the next morning with two fried eggs and chile. We all have our way of making our Foods. Either we learn from someone or we make our own way.
